In the golden month of October, the 90t/h boiler EPC renovation project undertaken by Jianlong SCBC for COFCO Tunhe Xinyuan Sugar Industry achieved successful first ignition at 23:18 on October 1st.

The boiler proper, together with flue gas & air system, steam & water system, coal feeding, slag removal, dust collection, ash conveying, desulfurization and DCS control system, operated with stable parameters. The project has officially entered the hot commissioning phase.

Spanning only 185 days from contract signing to ignition, the project was completed in less than six months, setting an industry benchmark for fast-track delivery among similar renovation works.

As the EPC general contractor, Jianlong SCBC adopted deeply overlapping workflows for design, procurement, manufacturing and construction to shorten the overall schedule. Faced with complex operating conditions, limited site space and intensive cross-discipline work, our team collaborated closely with the owner and all participating parties. We rolled out backward scheduling and visualized project tracking to deliver installation of boiler main body, auxiliary equipment, environmental protection island, furnace lining, electrical and thermal instrumentation, with strict quality control over every working procedure.

Prior to ignition, the project team completed all pre-commissioning activities including standalone test, interlock test, cold fluidization test and protection loop verification, eliminating potential risks and optimizing operating conditions. This successful ignition marks the full completion of site erection and cold commissioning, laying a solid foundation for subsequent full-set startup and full-load operation.
